I’m procrastinating so here’s the cast of Breaking Down Hell made with this picrew! I wanted to balance it out so there’s a character from the future too! They are, in order: Maxia, Timely, Ralucad, Cradle, Illidan, and Varshridan! Appearing in the same order that they do in book!

Oh no, I made up a character name for someone who shows up way in the future with my usual keysmashing style and I decided to check the translation since other characters names actually mean something and. Xir name means "avoid this". That's so perfect and so sad. I love xim so much oh no

Thank you for the ask @chauceryfairytales! Most of my asks are just generic, I don’t really get any OC asks ever. I should probably do better introductory pages for them (I have a moodboard for one in drafts). 

I do want to talk about Varshridan though since I’ve spoken the very least about xim! Partially because I only got a name for xim this past week. Xir the inspiration for the entirety of Breaking Down Hell, I have a scene in mind in which xir rescued from Hell (very different from Timely’s rescue since the cast lets xim fester down there for a while before Maxia decides to go after xim). But yeah, Varshridan is going to show up in the third book, unless I can figure out a way to get xim into the story sooner, which sucks that I have to do so much writing before xi becomes relevant. 

Vars is physically weak and has a lot of issues with chronic pain, but comes to Maxia and Ralucad with a job and actually aids them with it. Xir quiet, soft spoken, very self deprecating, and flinchy. Xi hides a lot about ximself, like the fact that xir not entirely human, but wants to trust and be trusted anyway, wants to come clean about things but is afraid of people’s reactions.
