Continuing the celebrities au where Alpha and Omega celebrities get managers:
Alpha normally has one or two managers that usually focus on different areas, etc. daily schedules v off-set schedules. This is because Alpha tend to be very easily workload and overwork, as such, should the said manager is an Alpha or a Beta, the policy would be applicable for them to actually take some breaks (both the celebrity and manager)
As mentioned before, Beta aren't often selected as manager, and so, Alpha celebrities' manager are more Alpha less Omega case, to prevent the former and later take advantage of each other (past cases where an Alpha celebrity got left by her Beta mate when the latter found out she's been deeply intoxicated with her Omega manager) (This case brought to High Court because it was found out later that the Omega came from a cult that thinks Omega are superior and has been destroying many AB couple)
Said manager would however look into the Beta non-profit organization often to follow their routine, as it suits Alphas celebrities schedule more than often
Ironically on set, Alpha manager would often look after Beta celebrities (whether they have a manager or not), which is a funny scene cuz they'd somehow pay more attention to said celebrity than their own (some Alpha celebrities would get low-key offended by it)
On the other hand, Alpha celebrities get easier to engage with their coworkers, said Beta celebrities, because their managers has done the first impression for them 👍
Instead of managers, Omega has a huge team that tend to their needs, schedule, and anything else. There are more Betas in it (in here, they're not managers, just simply as caretakers), one or two Omega or at least one Alpha in charge
Due to their given social privelage, a few said Omega celebrities are very, very impolite to their said Beta coworkers. In time like this, only the Alpha and Omega workers were able to restrain them from doing so. That used to be the old cases, now, is much more better. Only a few times, only a few.
Another ironic fact, Omega celebrities can be rather clingy to certain Betas due to their nurture nature, as such, should a Beta is manager, they'd be called off a few days to remain distance from their objective celebrities. The latter would reach out to any said Beta celebrities they could, ro inform of the Omegas' clinging.
Why not Alphas? Because the current generation move on and not many sees clingy a good thing anymore. More like, it's getting out of hand.
