Dude, I like Hope. I just brought her up as an example of how people seem to not want to give other goalkeepers credit. My post was't an attack on Hope.

I don’t think it was an attack on hope, I just don’t get the relevancy of bringing hope into something that had nothing to do with her? and I think the original commenter was indeed giving betos plenty of credit by saying she would have saved it anyway even if it hadn’t hit the post. no one was discrediting betos’ ability, simply pointing out that it actually bounced off the woodwork, which you can see by the way the ball flies back at an angle across goal. she had it covered anyway, its really all good
