I've been rambling a lot lately. So here's a post without context for once.

When you're ready to present your (boy)friend to your family but he has to be weird about it.

Since Shadow doesn't want to explain "this" I will:

Vector had to get away from the agency for a few days to visit his mom and Shadow is like very emotionally dependent on Vector (That's one of my Vectadow headcanon for sad reasons) so he insists on coming with him... He didn't plan the "I will actually need to talk to my crush's family" part.

Shadow is so indecisive Vector just carries him inside with him.

PS: Vector's mom special ability is being able to make crocodile tears whenever she wants. And she wants to get carried because old bones, you know how that is. -w-

Don't you think there's something romantic here about a guy suffering from PTSD, that almost got shot down by a dude they barely know, that remembers events in an all messed up way that frame them as the villain, to still help a guy out find a computer room while their life is in danger? (a spaceship is about to crumble down and they need to leave as fast as possible, yet they stop and help an almost random dude that wanted to destroy their robot friend once.)

And then, after all that, the depressed guy want to kill themself cause they're convinced they're a bioweapon and don't want to hurt the others around them and that most probably included the guy who's right next to them that helped them killed their evil biological dad.

No, is it just me there that see the love potential here? Isn't it lovely to ship someone with the last guy they decided to help in their life, and that said guy they helped actually helped them beat their evil dad? Did the evil dad wanted to explode the entire planet? Yeah, maybe... but my point still stand!

Also I like to imagine that the guy who was searching for the computer room actually prevented the depressed guy who helped him from killing themselves, but that's up to interpretation.

Come on! They should at least kiss if they don't die!
