This playlist doesn’t have a super concrete order, but this fits for the party fleeing from city. The “you” in the later can easily be replaced with an “I” or “we”. “Just follow what you feel.”

There’s a running list in this birds head of who and what they were and who they “want to be”. Murderer is def in the “don't” of the later category. But all they have to go on is what they dream, so it’s just getting through the days until something clicks.

This song has interesting implications for Veeric’s potential look on interpersonal relationships, good intentions, manipulation, all sorts of things. But they haven’t thought about it that much. They def don’t 100% trust this whole story they’re getting in snippets about their past. Who’s deciding what they get to know? Who took this all away in the first place? Let’s keep going, maybe we’ll find out.

Here’s the thread of them not being sure how to trust their dreams again. And they have nothing to refer to, no way to fact check, no way to form an identity from what they’re starting to remember because they don’t remember. Stressful bird times. At least there’s things to punch and take their mind off it!

Veeric doesn’t know much, so maybe they hold onto what they have a little tightly. Maybe they steal teacups from nice innkeepers because they want to remember, well, everything. They haven’t thought about their morals too much but “don’t take what’s not yours” doesnt seem to be on there, yet. (“Get up//Get up now, now, now//Put your head on straight//Put your head on now, now, now, now//Get up, get on, get out, get up//Fly away, little birdie”, every morning it’s time to keep moving, no time to think things through too deeply!)

1. Favorite color: this is gonna depend on my background and if i decide to go way of shadow or way of sun, but its either gonna be yellow/gold or blue/black!

2. Do they colect anything? Well theyre starting w nothing, but they probably like to keep any feathers they shed (at leadt the tail ones!) to give to people they rlly rlly trust as gifts. They dont want to be forgotten like they forgot.

3. What are they allergic too? Nothing probably? What are birds allergic to?? They probably cant drink bc theyd get sick so fast, too small™️

4. Clothing? They wear a loose cotton shirt in white or earth tones, and either those poofy bard shorts or just some loose cotton brown pants. They dont rlly need clothes theyre a BIRD

44. How do they react to criticsm? They probably put on a straight face but doubt themselves/ get upset later.

45. Pinapple pizza? They probably would eat the pineapple and maybe the crust. I dont think bird stomachs handle cheese well. Theyre thats something they’re allergic tol!! Lactose intollerant!!

46. Your character is given a doll of themself, what do they do with it? They would probably try to keep it really safe, in a box or something. That would make them so anxious oh boy.

If your character had time to pick up any artisan’s tools, game set, instrument, etc., what would it be? Einkil: fun fact, he’s proficient in brewers supplies! I figure it was just like, bc his manor is in wine country he went to lessons or something. rich kid stuff. But if he picked up something new, maybe an instrument? no one in the party i think plays anything so that could be fun, I imagine he’d play something with strings. For Veeric, I think they could pick up sewing from Newt and try and make little dolls like the one they found in their pack? 

What is the biggest mistake your character has ever made? Einkil: thats hard, probably just his whole relationship w/ his father and all the...complicated emotions there that he’s never fixed. Veeric: who knows? They havent done much and they’re morals are kinda,,, confused rn maybe they’ll regret stealing the teacup one day F

What would most people think when they first see your character? Einkil: Oh no its a rich asshole. Veeric: wtf is a bird doing in the snow?

Where does your character feel the most at home? Probably in the new keep? Especially if we can fix it up, Einkil is super happy to have something thats... his? not his parents that he’s being allowed to stay at. For Veeric, probably cuddled up with everybody. they love to just be hugged and warm and cozy uwu

Who in the party would your character prioritize rescuing, in dire circumstances? Oh boy for Einkil, Murmur or Jibril because they could heal whoever else needed it once they were safe. for Veeric, it would really depend on what the circumstance was bc they can’t exactly drag someone out of danger, but they’d probably try and make sure Teeny was safe...

What decision would the party have to make in order for your character to consider splitting off from the group? Hmm Einkil it would take a LOT, but if they were full on trying to like take down the government or cause major anarchy or something he might step away, or if his mom really started to push the engagement thing. For Veeric, I don’t think it would be anything on the party’s side, because they look to everyone else for guidance on like, what’s okay and what’s not so p much if they’re in agreement about something Veeric’s okay with it too. I guess if everyone decided to kill someone who didn’t deserve it? but thats kinda what we’re trying to prove we DIDN’T do so I doubt it. Outside circumstances though, I think if they have people in the town they’re from who know them (especially that person who didn’t come say goodbye in their dream?) they might actually consider staying there to discover who they were and make amends. 

What is your character’s biggest pet peeve? Einkil: people who leave messes in other people’s space (like not cleaning your dishes when you’re a guest). Veeric: sudden loud noises. 

How does your character feel about receiving/giving orders? Are they more of a leader, or a follower? Einkil wants to be a leader but like, a democratic one who listens to the needs of the people and turns it into orders. At the same time, he follows orders from people above him and feels like he needs that direction. Veeric is more neutral, they want to know the reason behind the orders and make their descision based on that, they don’t care about power structures. They don’t feel much of a need to give orders though, for the same reasoning, everyone should be free to look at the facts and act on their own. 

Who is your character’s biggest rival? Einkil: probably Ashethorn (grandpa), he’s got title/position and is the main one besides like, Asmodeus himself who Einkil is worried about. Nikkoletta is scary but we kill her pretty fast every time so he’s not overly scared by her? Veeric: Teeny. Needs that birds attention, cant get it. 

What, currently, is your character the most curious about? Einkil: how this talk with Tirion is gonna go. Veeric: how they lost their memories, can they sell this giant humanoid doll for actual money.

Veeric is so interesting to play bc ,,, i rlly came into this campagin w a handful of char traits (gender/sexuality, anxious) and am building an entire personality as we play and its ! Fun! Like i had no idea how much they were gonna look up to the party and try to mimic behaviors bc they dont have any idea who they are
