I deviated a bit from the actual recipe by adding #veganbbqsauce to the sauce mixture and I also added 1tbsp of #agave - I totally think the smokiness from the BBQ sauce compliments both the agave and the maple syrup 😋 . The #quinoa is super simple to make and the recipe suggests adding in your favourite spices. I added 2tsp of #currypowder, 1 tsp of #turmeric and pinch of salt. Turned out perfect ! . The parsley side sauce was aMaZinG !! I should have made a lot more but I ran out of parsley. Here is how I made it: *1/2 cup of #parsley *1/4 cups of #mint *The juice from 1/2 lime juice *Salt *4tbsp of olive oil *1/2 green #jalapeño This will surely become a staple in our home 🌶💚🌱 .
