Vegan cheesy chips!!!!!
Recipe:
1. Cut up one potato in chips of your favourite size. Place on a tray. Cover in salt and pepper (and oil if desired)
2. (SAUCE) Cut up one potato, 1/2 an onion and 1-1/2 a sweet pepper.
3. Add sauce ingredients to a pot of boiling water for 10mins
4. Add nuts of your choice into the pot - this recipe used almond and pine nuts. Simmer for 15mins
5. Once soft, add sauce ingredients to a blender with plant-based milk and water. Blend into a creamy mixture. Add nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, chilli flakes to your desire.
6. When your chips are crispy, take them out and place them in a bowl/plate and pour on cheesy sauce and enjoy!
