Real Talk: Life Isn't Always Easy
DON'T BELIEVE everything you see on social media 🙏 It's not all true. I've always tried to be as authentic as possible on socials, and this image is as inauthentic as it gets right now! I'm not zen at all 🤣 I'm feeling busy, some days overwhelmed 🙄, and I just want to have a really big sleep. Does this resonate friends? It's been two years since we opened our space at Woolloongabba, and to be honest, it wasn't until I had a 10 day holiday in Thailand, just now, that I realised how incredibly busy the last two years have been. I underestimated the time and energy it would take to build Wholesome Bellies from scratch. No regrets whatsoever 🙏. It's been an incredible journey and it's just the beginning. I share this because it's SO EASY easy to scroll your social feeds and think you are seeing everyone "nailing it" and "kicking goals" And I'm sure people are, BUT let's not forget that it takes energy and effort. It's not always sunshine ⭐ and roses. Know that you are not alone. This busy life we all live is hectic, full and messy. For anyone feeling overwhelmed and tired, you are not alone 💗 I feel you. I'd love to hear what you do when the overwhelm takes over. What do you do to ground yourself? With luv, Fi x
