Fancy yet simple breakfast😍☺😋🍌🍓 I was craving something special so I made this chia pudding before I went to bed, put into a fridge and all I had to do in the morning was to cut fresh fruit and pour chia pudding over. Easy peasy. It is also perfect take away snack and actually everything you can think of. It can be made in so many different ways with various flavours but I love the basic one. Just mix plant based milk you like (almond, cashew, rice, soya...) with chia seeds, vanilla powder and sweetener such as agave or maple syrup, stir together, let it sit for few minutes untill the mixture become gelly, stir once again and put into fridge for at least an hour or two or leave it there overnight and morning rush (which I hope you don't have but if you by any chance do) will never be a problem. As a bonus this delight is super healthy since chia seeds are amazing source of Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, they are loaded with antioxidants and various nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus which are essential for bone health. Honestly I am not eating chia seeds as often as the studies suggest but after writing this post I think I will😇🤗It is really impressive how chia seeds can be helpful for vegeterians and vegans👌🏻🙂 By the way ratio for great consistency of the pudding that works for me is 1 cup of milk and 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Enjoy!🌈 #rawfood #rawvegan #vegan #veganincairo #veganinegypt #fancybreakfast #chiapudding #strawberries #banana #eatclean #crueltyfree #healthyfood #plantprotein #foodie #foodislove #bekindalways #peaceandlove
