My favorite snack lately has been dates filled with almond butter. 😍 The last time I asked someone if they’d ever eaten a date before they told me “no that sounds like something an old person would eat” so just call me “grandma”. 👵🏻👍🏻But really, dates are amazing and basically nature’s very own chewy caramel. I love adding dates to smoothies to make them sweeter and richer or just soaking them in water and blending them with cinnamon into a caramel sauce!
