These vegan and gluten-free Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Granola Bars are perfect for a quick and nutritious snack. Packed with rolled oats, vegan chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, and a mix of nuts and dried fruit, they are satisfying and delicious.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups rolled oats. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate protein powder. 1/2 cup natural peanut butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped nuts such as almonds or walnuts. 1/4 cup dried fruit such as raisins or cranberries. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, vegan chocolate protein powder, salt, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and dried fruit. Add peanut butter and maple syrup to the dry ingredients mixture. Stir well until everything is evenly combined. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Once cooled, cut into bars or squares.
