Beauregard Sweet potatoes 🍠 Harvested and now curing in a new-to-us method. Since they need to stay in 90F temps and 90% humidity for 10 days to sweeten and heal, I’m trying this cake traveler in a sunny window (while the sun is available) over a heat vent. At least until we get the heat on in the greenhouse!
