Module 1: Welcome Aboard

Welcome, soldier.

Founded by Ser Leon Veilwalker in year 672 of the Sixth Astral Era, we are a global organization focused on arming humanity against anomalous and otherworldly threats. Until Event 94B, we have been operating with strict secrecy to prevent public awareness and maintain societal stability.

The V-9 Command directly oversees the following departments of operation:

Department of Field Operations (D.F.O)

Led by Director Wilson Kalibur and Assistant Director Elizabeth Vashtari. the Department of Field Operations manages approximately 73% of Veilcore's total operations and commands a total of 104 special units:

Units 1 to 6: Contingency units specializing in monitoring critical individuals such as the Warrior of Light and executing contingency plans should these individuals pose a threat to humanity.

Units 7 to 20: Engineering units responsible for deploying monitoring devices, bunkers, and other stationary combat forces.

Units 21 to 80: General duty units, flexible and capable of performing all forms of operations.

Units 81 to 100: Veilcore's air force, tasked with aerial and orbital combat as well as operating transport aircraft.

Units 101 to 104: redacted

Anomalous Containment Division (A.C.D)

The Anomalous Containment Division operates under the command of "Keeper," whose true identity is concealed as part of containment procedure OP-7. A.C.D is responsible for designing containment procedures and maintaining containment facilities.

Applied Research Bureau (A.R.B)

The Applied Research Bureau (A.R.B) operates under the leadership of "Oracle," whose true identity remains classified among Veilcore’s highest confidentials. The bureau is responsible for the research and development of advanced equipment, comprehensive study of anomalies, and the design of contingency plans. A.R.B’s work supports all departments by providing technological innovation and strategic foresight essential to Veilcore’s mission.

Clinical and Recovery Division (C.R.D)

Led by Director Victoria Killian, the Clinical and Recovery Division (C.R.D) manages all medical and recovery operations for Veilcore personnel. The division operates secure medical facilities equipped to treat both conventional and anomalous injuries. It provides emergency care, long-term rehabilitation, and psychological support to maintain personnel readiness. C.R.D coordinates closely with field units to ensure rapid evacuation and treatment while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive medical information.

Department of Special Response (D.O.S.R)

Led by Director Kalos Hastiel, the Department of Special Response (DOSR) is deployed when missions escalate beyond the scope of the DFO. It is allocated 38% of Veilcore’s annual budget while managing 12.74% of total operations, making it the most resource-intensive department per unit.
