TEXT 6 OF HELL’S DICTATE
We shall shortly examine the Ritual Tools of the Black Arts of Traditional Satanic Rite and Black Magick but first a concise but specified focus is projected upon the Ritual Implement of The Black Pentacle Of Hell. This Ritual Tool is the Magickal heart of the practices held within Hell’s Dictate, the Infernal core of the power gestated from the Workings of this Book. The Black Pentacle Of Hell should be circular and formed of wood, it should then (as the name of the Implements suggests) be painted Black. Upon it an encircled Inverted Pentagram should be painted upon the Black Surface in either Red or White, White is preferable for Meditation and Visualization purposes as will be demonstrated within other texts shortly. This Implement lies at the center of the Infernal Altar and is the focal point for harnessing, storing and releasing Demonic Magickal Power . . . it is indeed a Shield of Protection, a Conduit of Summoning, a Key to open the Realms of Hell, a Talisman carrying the power of Our Lord Satan Himself and the hub of the Ritual Sanctum’s power. The Black Pentacle Of Hell becomes - throughout constant use - a Tool of such power that by simply unveiling it the Ritual Sanctum and Altar are summoned around and before one, not physically of cause but rather the Pentacle carries the power of the Ritual Temple and The Infernal Altar with it. I have seen Priests of the Black Arts banish Spirits with The Black Pentacle Of Hell, witnessed Conjurings with this Implement alone and also seen it used as a Talisman of Protection from Magickal attack. Within Hell’s Dictate a powerful Conjuration of Consecration is given to empower and Consecrate The Black Pentacle Of Hell, this Conjuration was dictated by Satan Himself and its power is ineffable. This Conjuration should not be utilized in Consecrating other Tools however, its force is such that it may only be used by the Infernal Initiate for the purpose it was designed for . . . I say this with good reason and have been unfortunate to know of the consequences of those who ignore this lore.
