DAY 12 Challenge 🔴: It seems like many of the Screen Sirens of the #OldHollywood movies would do publicity photos at some point with a #veil. It reminds me of the beautiful style of Spanish women donning the #Peineta ( a decorative comb) worn under a #Mantilla ( lace head covering ). I don’t expect everyone to have a Peineta and sequins fabric, just laying around the house like I do. But for this challenge, I want you to CREATE DRAMA WITH A HEAD COVERING… Get creative with a sheet, tablecloth, large scarf, curtain, scrap of fabric...anything that has a similar vibe of a veil. DON’T COVER YOUR FACE. Feel free to add flowers 🌸 or jewels 💎 to decorate your styling. Of course, don’t forget to do a nice #1940s / #1950s hairstyle too. #VeiledDramaStyle for DAY 12 of the #30PinupStyles challenge! I keep all my sewing stuff at work and have stacks of beautiful fabrics I could have used, but had to improvise at home. Just as I was giving up hope I found one of my favourite vintage knit dresses to use as a veil! It even matched the @collectifclothing dress I was already wearing and my @besamecosmetics Carmine lipstick 🧡 (at Hove)
