There was always a bit of morbid fascination in watching the Lost. It was almost hard to imagine they had been other Revenants, let alone, humans. There seemed to rarely be a moment to reflect like this, but she found a moment of respite with another even if the silence felt a little tense. Even if it went nowhere, Solita wanted to at least attempt conversation.

It was a softly spoken gratitude, both delighted and surprised at the sudden gift. As usual, Louis had his head stuck in a pile of papers and books, still trying to figure out how to lessen the suffering of their fellow Revenants that fought to stay alive, and to fulfill a promise tarnished by the parasite's insatiable hunger. It only occurred to him moments later that Cael had said more than just 'here' and 'your book'.

Coming back from his errands and investigations with Yakumo, he's a little surprised to find the table he usually works at covered in various books that he's sure hadn't been there before. He's quite meticulous in putting away his research before doing anything else after all, so who…?

Most of the others weren't the type to do such a thing, and Yakumo had been with him the entire time. Could it be?

His eyes drifted towards Cael, a little further away, wondering…
