BABY GIRLS FINALLY MADE HER WAY TO HEROES
Blessed day
,,its her,,
DOODLE DUMP!
Family pic of the known disaster boy and his wolf unicorn husband and their lovely daughters
Human disaster about to combust
When they return to Ylisse with their kiddos and partners and meet the 2nd Gen Awakening kids 2.0, and no one has explained that there is no wolf boy for baby Inigo in his future. Maybe a kiddo who only talks to wyverns, or maybe since they'll grow up in a completely different world with different circumstances, he'll marry someone else. Who knows. Not me, I haven't thought that far ahead with my hypotheticals.
Velouria and her small dad. Everything is for keepsies if you're sneaky about it.
I was serious about those fankids you know. That one is Minnie.
Entry 83: If I Had A Nickel For Every Murderous Teenage Furry Girl
Paralogue 18: Nutty Family
While Keaton is going to visit his daughter Velouria, ghost dudes show up. Then the battle begins. Somehow, this set up is even worse than Siegbert’s. This chapter has us fighting an army of magic users and faceless, with Dragon Veins that silence every enemy on the map that makes it a joke to beat. Halfway through the battle, Velouria shows up, drawn by Keaton’s scent.
After the battle, Velouria thanks Keaton for setting up such a fun game. They already used the idea of the teenage girl Laguz not understanding that war isn’t a game with Selkie. Keaton tells Velouria to go home, but she demands to join his pack. He says he doesn’t want her to join, but his wagging tail betrays him. Velouria gives him an acorn as a present and Keaton gives her a dead bat he tore up. The two of them then sniff each other, because they’re dogs.
Velouria
Keaton’s daughter. Naive, shares her father’s love of garbage. Also, she weirdly resembles Nah from Awakening. I don’t know if it’s intentional, because she doesn’t fit the pattern of other Awakening characters. I assume its just a similar design, like Hayato looking like Ricken. While we’re on the topic of design, Velouria’s white hair and little red riding hood motif are neat. Her personal skill, Goody Basket, gives her a luck percent chance to recover a bit of health each turn.
Support: Keaton/Velouria
C: Velouria sniffs and tickles Keaton. He gives her a hairball.
B: Keaton tells Velouria she's to clingy. She says that not clinging to Keaton is a punishment worse than death.
A: Keaton calls Velouria weird for being so attached, but she doesn't mind. Velouria explains that she's so clingy because she knows Keaton will die, possibly very soon cause of the war and shit, and that she already spent so much time alone in the deeprealm.
Review: Man, pairing up Keaton’s weirdness and Velouria’s weirdness makes this a really weird Support. Like seriously, stop sniffing each other. Other than that, this one is fine. A bit generic with the worry about parent dying, but not awful.
Support: Velouria/Mother
C: Velouria asks her mother for a hug and falls asleep in her arms.
B: Velouria asks her mother to leave the army so she'll be safe because Velouria needs her mother.
A: Velouria vows to get stronger to protect her mother.
Review: I’m not sure why this one hit so much harder than the Keaton Support, but I really enjoyed it. It portrays Velouria as a young, scared kid afraid of being alone again and that really works for me.
Support: Corrin/Velouria
C: Corrin throws out a bunch of junk in her room, including her teddy bear from when she was a child that apparently she's had with her this whole time. Velouria steals Corrin's garbage.
B: Velouria eats a dropped muffin off the floor.
A: Velouria gives Corrin a hairball as a present. Corrin gives it back because Velouria actually likes it.
Support: This one is shallow, but not awful; Velouria is so weird it’s amusing.
Support: Moron/Velouria
C: Velouria sniffs Corrin and shows him one of her treasures: a dust bunny.
B: Velouria gives Corrin a gift, a sword that he broke, because they are kindred spirits. I don't know how Corrin broke a sword in a game with indestructible weapons, but whatever its fine. Also Corrin gets mauled by a weasel with rabies.
A: Velouria gives Corrin more treasures. Corrin says the only treasure he needs is her friendship, so she gelafully asks for the treasures back.
S: Corrin proposes. Velouria like the box more than the ring.
Review: Velouria is just Keaton 2.0, isn’t she? Setting that aside, this one was fine, but forgettable. Corrin getting mauled is funny, though. The rabies explains why Corrin is so fucking stupid in Conquest.
