Absolutely! Especially since this game is going to go on slightly longer than canon games do, it’s very likely someone will get maxed out. If they do, they can still hang out with others and, if the other isn’t maxed out yet, that person will still get a fragment! If both parties are maxed out, they’re still welcome to interact, they just won’t get points for it!
