Era por mayo cuando las hojas tibias se tornaban ocres. Era entonces cuando mis pensamientos se arremolinaban tejiéndolos con alambres, intentando cubrir los momentos de soledad. Como un falso plenilunio, mis lágrimas se secaban en la comisura de los labios y se esbozaba una conformada sonrisa de paz mientras mis suspiros colmaban un silencio agrío. Elevaba mi mirada hacia un infinito inexistente, hacia una realidad que era solo mía, desdibujada entre vagos recuerdos o entre aquellos que el paso del tiempo había hecho florecer, vistiéndolos de ignota certeza. Luego llegaba la noche, indómita, inexorable, intransigente, cubriéndome de esa falsa verdad, de esa que se ata con lino blanco y se amarra con cruces de cuero viejo mientras mi mente, sedienta, acaramela sus mentiras para hacerles creer que mi vesania es el presagio de mi fin.

¡Mentira! Yo soy feliz en tanto ellos viven enfundados en cavilaciones e hipótesis de su extraña verdad.
