One day he stumbles upon a grim reaper that proposes a game to Noël. The latest adventure since discovering his grandma, along with freeing a witch doctor from a cult town.

"Losing someone is a terrible, indescribable experience. The feeling of one day waking up to realize your loved one is not there and you’ll never see them again…it’s maddening. It’s like walking in a forest. Whichever way you go, all you see are trees. Light peeks out from the treetops, but it’s only a slight sliver. The forest is not quite bright, but not dark, either. Distantly, you are aware that there is kindness, and light, and laughter somewhere, far, far away…"

Though Annabelle is convinced we are best friends, Noël insists of Annabelle as nothing more than an acquaintance, meeting Noël's aunt who was likely one of the first witches to be eradicate in the past insists on Noël to be back before it gets too late...will that happen though.
