Where in the world is Prof. Vezner? The past 2 weeks he has been in Japan teaching for Concordia's Around-the-World Semester. In each of the trip's 10 countries the students are getting to read plays from that country's theatre tradition and see performances live as well. In Japan that meant reading Noh, Kyogen, and Kabuki texts and seeing a live performance at Tokyo's Kabuki-za Theater.

In the fall of 2016, CUI students on the Around-the-World Semester will be studying with Prof. Vezner (theatre) and Prof. Lee (English).  While visiting Greece they will read Greek plays and tour the theater at Epidaurus, the best preserved Greek theatre in the nation.
