honestly my life kinda feels like a party lately?? not like a fancy one just like… vibes everywhere. ppl coming and going, music too loud, snacks questionable but i’m having a good time anyway. i have no clue what’s happening half the time but i’m just rolling with it. maybe that’s the trick, stop trying to run the playlist and just dance when your song comes on lol.

Tonight I saw Fleetwood Mac for the second time in my life. A friend is out of town on job interviews and so he gave me his ticket (surprise face emoji) to see the show with his wife , a Bff of mine. As we were rushing up the 17th escalator to get to our seats an usher woman stopped me and said “you want to sit down closer? Switch?” And hands me and my friend two tickets in section 111 (we were on 406). She was like “here just take these down to portal 4” or at least that is what I heard and next thing I know I am in the VIP mom section, no joke, only middle-aged dancing women and their sitting husbands (cause who else can afford the $250 seats she gave us for, I don’t know, having a twinkle in our eyes?). We made a friend! I waved my arms like elephant trunks during TUSK! Stevie Nicks told me to follow my dreams! I cried 3 times!

I still cannot believe that happened. I mean that is unbelievable, right? LIFE is the little gifts we give ourselves.
