“You know why you can’t grow a beard? It’s because you’re so salty and you can’t grow anything on salted earth.”
vickytremor replied to your post “I want to master hot girl winged liner so bad.”
hint: do your liner in pencil or gel, whichever is easier for you, and then do just the flick in liquid liner to make it razor sharp

Questions:
1. What’s your most vivid reoccuring dream/nightmare?
I've only had this occur twice. Does it count as reoccurring? I'm walking along a quiet country road with rolling green hills on either side of it. I get the feeling I've been walking a long way for a long time, but I'm content in the act. It feels like I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be, just putting one foot in front of the other, hearing the loose gravel crunch under my sneakers. Sun's up high in the late afternoon, half obscured by clouds. It isn't warm or cold, I'm not tired or wanting for anything. I just am.
Had this after my first date with Grace and then after our first anniversary.
2. What are the best froyo toppings?
Cap'n Crunch, granola, and crushed peanuts! Last time I got some, I saw some crazy outer space motherfuckers put gummy bears and white chocolate chips in their shit and I swear I'm gonna bug out and try that one day.
3. If you’re lying in bed at night in the dark, what’s one thing that could happen that will undoubtedly freak you out and keep you from sleeping the rest of the night?
This happens every couple of months, more frequently when it's warmer, but if I hear a large group of people argue and really get into it outside my house or somewhere on my block (the combination of the acoustics of my hood and the shouting power of hoodrats is not to be underestimated), I'm on edge the rest of the night anticipating a full on brawl with folding chairs thrown or a shootout.
4. Two fictional characters from seperate universes/franchises/etc you’d really want to meet up and have some bonding time? (or, alternatively, two characters from seperate universes you’d want to put in the same room just to see what would happen.)
I'd put Tali'Zorah and Felicity Smoak in a bay of computers and shit and just sigh contentedly with hearts in my eyes.
5. Who is your least favorite person?
This is kind of a huge question. I get heated whenever a FOX News person says pretty much anything. I recoil at the mention/image of Rinkydink Curdlesnoot.
6. Worst ending to a tv show/movie/series/etc?
Heroes, hands down. And I was left a wreck after the ending to Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I would've said Mass Effect, but I've successfully gone through the stages of grief for that one.
7. Most nostalgic scent?
Frying platanos. Reminds me of my mom making turon when I was little. It's like a dessert version of a spring roll with platanos and jack fruit.
8. How’s your signature? Illegible? Loopy?
I have two. One for everyday business like receipts and paperwork that looks like I sneezed three times while holding pen to paper. The other for comics and artwork that's just my initials (JT) bleeding out of a box.
9. Favorite youtube channel?
Vice Magazine or TimothyDeLaGhetto
10. Symmetrical or asymmetrical?
Symmetrical faces. Asymmetrical haircuts.
11. Would you ever get a tattoo dedicated to someone in your family? Who, why, and what would it be?
"When the dog bites" on an arm or "etc. etc." on the knuckles of each hand. The Sound of Music and The King and I are my mom's favorite movies.
11 New questions
1. What's the city you'd ideally be growing old in?
2. Who sits the Iron Throne at the end?
3. Build me that perfect pizza, kid!
4. Most overrated movie, series, album, whatever you'd be perfectly happy never encountering again?
5. Two on two deathmatch. Who's going into the coliseum with you?
6. A book you started reading but can't finish for whatever reason and what is the reason?
7. How do you take your coffee?
8. Favorite childhood cartoon?
9. Favorite pair of sneakers?
10. Favorite member of the Wu-Tang Clan?
11. Your place has three original pieces by any artist throughout history. What are they and who are they by?

Also fandom wouldn't get your slang right, they'd just have you speak AAVE.
Macklemore lyrics are superimposed onto the hypersaturated gifs of whatever it is I’m doing
Are you the sort of author who likes to plan out every little detail of a story before you begin writing, or do you prefer to have a loose idea of what you'd like to happen and then let things fall where they may?
What a great question, thank you for asking it!
Honestly, it depends on what I'm looking to achieve with a given story. For instance, I have very nearly every aspect of my Dragon Age fanfic planned, in part because it basically follows the game and a lot of the planning was done for me by BioWare. On the other hand, my work does tend to surprise me often; my Fullmetal Alchemist trilogy, for example, was only meant to be one story and only because the voices in my head would not shut up. And then I finished the first one, only to have the voices come back with a vengeance a few days later, but this time they were really hazy on the plot. In those cases, I do a lot of what TV Tropes calls "writing by the seat of my pants".
It's pretty much the same in my original fic. When I started The Graystone Saga, I literally had no idea who Lady Gray was or why she was hunting these things or what Sabastian had to do with the plot. I just kept seeing them, her especially, in my mind and knew that these were their names. I started writing it because I wanted to know the answers. Even now I still don't know everything that's coming, although I know more than I'm telling. ;)
Goddamnit you 2...

Well shucks again! :3 Hurrrrm let's see
Last week I was listening to "In the Orchard" by Tiger Army and felt this burst of inspiration to learn the guitar so I can play that song.(I would also looove to learn "After Tonight" by Justin Nozuka.)
I cry (or feel the urge to cry) whenever something sad or happy happens.
I feel the most attractive when my eyeliner is right.
If I didn't get into Columbia College Chicago I planned to go to Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York which happens to be the school that my boss went to for one of his Masters.
I have had 2 long distance relationships and those have been my only relationships to date.
