Since I have never done this I thought I post some character designs I made on pic crew along with some headcannons I have
I was originally going to do the whole Shaw Pack but it ended up being kinda long so I will just do two at a time
David Shaw
He is Mexican-American and definitely has an ofrenda in his home with his parents and other departed pack members. I also think he is very gay (I know canonically all characters are bi/pan but I just really see him as gay) and a trans man, he/him pronouns. David is autistic and finds it kinda hard to break his own rules he sets for himself (these rules do not necessarily align with the law though). He and Angel have a natural pool as well as a decent-sized garden that he likes to maintain (btw if you have ever seen the video on tik tok of the guy cuttingn his grass with a syth while shirtless as a good workout I definitely think David does that). Because they have a pool David and angel host the majority of the informal pack events. To wind down I think he like to read (biographies or realistic fiction mostly) or build Lego sets. I also think he and Angel take turn taking care of eachother, Angel will draw him hot baths and massage him after long days, and he will cook them their favorite meal along with a mug of warm tea in the evening when they are stressed. I also think that as the Alpha he is on of the de facto babysitters for the pack, and often he ans Angel will have the pups over to give their parents a break, as a result his house has lots of toys and even a swing set in the backyard so people often ask if he and Angel have kids themselves. David loves hosting though as it soothes his protective instincts when his pack is safe in his home having fun.
Angel
He/him amd also very gay. Black and late diagnosed audhd as a result beat himself up for not being able to do thing that “should” have been easy like keeping his room or locker clean, or maintain a social life. While his grades in school were good he often had periods of burnout where he neglected everything else. Now though he works a the creative director for a makeup company. When stressed he has the tendancy to overwork himself and stay to late, however David is there to coax him home with the promise of warm food and snuggles. Likewise he also helps keep David from overworking himself and even helps him manage the companies social media presence and advertisements. He likes to play around with his look and aesthetic and is very artistic with his hair and makeup especially. Angel definitely did drag in college and still occasionally does a routine for David. To relax he either likes to game or do his latest art project. He definitely experiments with different mediums like clay, paper mache, watercolor, oil paint ect. He has tried to help David cook but like Asher seems to be able to even burn water if its not for ramen. So instead he most of the shopping for the household. At the beginning of the relationship, Angel was a little intimidated by the pack and really stressed about making a good first impression. However he was very happily received by the pack as everyone could see how happy he made David. He and Asher obviously caught on like fire but Angel has made connections with everyone in the pack and they love hosting them as much as David does.
