Ragnar being so weird and sad for. various reasons. the eerie air at Uppsala and Athelstan wanting to go. not knowing Ragnar is about to sacrifice him. because he loves him- oh god. Athelstan getting rejected because of his faith that he couldn't hide. Ragnar happy because he likely hoped his god would save him so he isn't at fault for not sacrificing him, I- wow this beautiful episode
