Do you tend to warm up before drawing or just go all in?

whenever it’s something related to a larger project of my own where i’m already familiar with what i have, i’ll usually go all in

if it’s something like say a commission or art trade where i’m dealing with characters and concepts that are mostly alien to me, i’ll do quite a few warm up doodles before i go in
