One of my favorites from Villa Maya, one of the finest restaurants in India. The concept is woven around the spice route from Kerala or Muziris as it is called earlier. There you have this beautiful Beyti Kebab from Turkey. The original had lamb kebob wrapped in Lavaash bread and baked. This one is a bit India used with seekh kebab wrapped in naan.
