People have said on this site that mentally ill people aren't actually violent, but I feel that I'm quite violent both to myself and to people around me, is there anything I can do about this?
Hi anon. Yes, it is possible for either mentally ill and non-mentally ill people to have violent urges, and sometimes act on them But there are ways to control those impulses. I found a PDF with a lot of suggestions on how to deal with violent urges. But my advice is that you go see a professional that will help you dealing with this violence, since you’re saying you are violent also to people around you and that can get consequences for your actions, But there is hope, you can deal with this.

Idk if i have ever hated a charter so much my more violent inrtusive thoughts involve them(they are the one with the violence being done to them) ANWYAS i don't oartciruaty like having intrusive thoughts like a normal person but what disgusts me is the small sense of enjoyment i get bevuase i hate that caharter do much i wish biolent things to happen to them i hate it i hate it
