"TCDMDP > TMDC" can i ask what both of them stand for? ;;
“The CharDee MacDennis Prophecy” > “The MacDennis Conspiracy.”Johnlock shippers were convinced that Moffat and Gatiss were lying about never going anywhere with Johnlock and that despite repeatedly telling fans that johnlock would not happen, there was a Conspiracy going on behind the scenes that all the actors and writers and directors were in on where they were basically leaving secret clues and hints everywhere (twitter, episodes, interviews) that Johnlock would be canonized despite them repeatedly saying otherwise (hence it being a conspiracy). This was called tjlc, short for “The JohnLock Conspiracy.”When johnlock didn’t happen, some shippers joined the Always Sunny fandom and started referring to macdennis eventual canonization as tmdc, short for “The MacDennis Conspiracy” and started treating Always Sunny the way they treated Sherlock, mostly ironically though. (At least I hope and assume.)Well, back in season seven, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia introduced the game Chardee Macdennis. (You will noticed that these are the most popular ship names.) Despite the name being Chardee Macdennis, Charlie and Mac are a team and Dee and Dennis are the other team. (Frank is introduced into Charlie and Mac’s team.) Yet, despite the teams, it is not called Charmac Dendee. Some people theorized (whether seriously or jokingly) that it was foreshadowing the eventual canonization of chardee and macdennis. This turned into people referring to it as “the prophecy” although I’m not sure when this phrase was coined. (For example, when chardee “happened” in The Gang Misses the Boat, people said it was a matter of time for Mac and Dennis to get together “in accordance to the prophecy.”)Seeing as there has been chardee AND macdennis hints throughout this season (macdennis moreso than chardee, admittedly) which culminated into some heavy chardee and macdennis stuff in The Gang Tends Bar, people have said the Prophecy is happening before our very eyes.Thus, I joked “The CharDee MacDennis Prophecy” is better than “The MacDennis Conspiracy” mostly because I dislike the concept of comparing Always Sunny to Sherlock, macdennis to johnlock, and RCG to Mofftiss. They are all completely different things and not comparable.
