Gus isn’t usually one to hold grudges. But he does remember. People would be surprised by what he remembers. He remembers the cake at his fifth birthday party (it was Power Rangers themed). He remembers his first kiss with Nancy Hernandez. Fuck, he even remembers question 4 on his Advance Calculus paper for his SAT examination. So, while he is power-phrasing somewhat, Gus absolutely remembers the words that the blonde spat at him as thought they were some kind of threat.

At the time it was enough to make his divine blood boil. Even now, the mere thought is enough to rile his jimmies. But he would rectify that.

Because her master wasn’t here. Not anymore.

“So, how did it go exactly?” he asked, inquisitive brow raised skyward as he shoved his hands into the pockets of his jacket. “Can you give me a refresher? Because I’m a little hazy on the whole situation.”
