Currently I am home for the summer (My “official” job is being a grad student), but I really, really, really want to work as a vertebrate paleontologist. Whether that’s at a university or in a museum, I don’t care.

took me a while but here we are

I’m an aquarius, and I keep receiving advice and then I either think I’ve known it forever or I forget who told it to me but let’s see a good piece of advice is that when cooking bacon and eggs cook the bacon first and then cook the eggs and that way you don’t have to grease the pan because the bacon did it for you. I don’t dole out heavy philosophical wisdom on command. The last time I followed my instincts was when I avoided something that I didn’t want to do, probably. My favorite food is good food and I am a strong believer in the idea that if I ate anything I enjoy too often I would probably get bored of it. My secret dream is to one day own an ice cream factory. That’s a lie. My secret dream is to somehow attempt to use the iron to get the candle wax I accidentally spilled on my scarf out of my scarf without my mom noticing and asking me why there is candle wax on my scarf, because the reason is that I put candleholders on top of the scarf and then the wax overflowed one of them while I wasn’t looking and that’s embarrassing.

Team: Venusaur. I can always use another tank, and her Mega form makes me so happy bc it’s cute
Release: Charizard. Probably the worst starter ever, of all time. But it’d be pretty neat to see a flying flame lizard out in the wild every once in a while
