Viper's bugloss
Banish Incubi (3)*
An Anglo-Saxon defense against an incubus may represent a Christian overlay over an older spell.
Collect hops, wormwood, lupine, bishopwort, henbane, harewort, garlic, fennel, heathberry plants, ashthroat, viper’s bugloss, and githrife.
Place the botanicals in a jar and place beneath and altar.
Sing nine masses over them.
Boil them in butter and mutton fat.
Add salt.
Strain the mixture through cloth.
Take the strained herbs and dispel of in running water.
Anoint yourself with the salve as needed.

Wild Flowers in Surrey
The first photograph above shows a dandelion flower by a clump of flowering nettles. The second one shows several dandelions and vipers bugloss, as well as a few nettles (both flowering and stinging).

Vipers Bugloss - Echium vulgare
I love the red stamens that contrast with the purple-blue funnel shaped corollas. The flowers are in curved cyme clusters all the way up the spotted, bristly stem.
