Hey gang!
Given that comic con season is getting delayed for quite a bit I’ve decided to open up an on-line store for the books I sell at comic convention season. They are:
SUMMER OF SINS and FALL OF SHADOWS: The first and second books in the urban fantasy short story series, The Winston & Churchill Case files. Lexie Winston and Henry Churchill are mismatched private investigators who work in New York City, taking on cases involving demons, witchcraft, vampires, and other supernatural entities.
MONSTROLOGY is a collection of 8 horror stories that mix and match monsters in different milieus to bring out new and interesting twists in an anthology of monster stories unlike any other. Featuring stories by Thacher Cleveland, Andrew Foley (Cowboys & Aliens), Joey Esposito (Footprints), and Erica Heflin (Flesh of White), along with an introduction by Dave Elliott (A1, Monster Massacre), MONSTROLOGY is a unique and challenging collection The Weekly Crisis says “any fan of horror books will fall in love with.”An oversized 124 page, full-color hardcover featuring cover art by Steve Ellis.
MYTHPOCALYPSE Two stories set in a post-apocalyptic filled with creatures from myth and legend. In the first story, "Ghost Riders on the 405," with art by Alex Smith, is the tale of a man who returns after years away to face the headless riders he encountered in his youth. In the second, "Bulls on Parade, Men on the Run," with art by Claudio Munoz, has two lovers captured by the Minotaurs who control the ruins of downtown Chicago and are forced to run through the maze they've created. Lettered by April Brown with cover art by Morrighan Corbel.
SHADOW OF THE PAST A supernatural horror novel about a teenage boy who finds himself stalked by the ghost of a serial killer from the 1950's.
You can find all of those things right here and help your boy out 😊
I’ve been waiting for your opinion!! What did you think???
I don’t know that I can express it all. It gave us so much, it gave so many of us our show back. I had fallen out of love with it back in S13 and was literally only still watching for Sam and Dean, and now I love the show again, now rewatching old eps will be joyful instead of sad. It brought the brothers relationship full circle, but with the character growth to let the other go, unhappily, but knowing they’d be reunited and they were.
Did it have problems? Of course, that hunt was a typical Dabb clunker. Our boys pre-Dabb were smarter than that, than to just walk in with no plan and to turn their backs when they found the kids, but they did have a lot to pack into one ep and I’m glad they didn’t skip any of the rest because the rest was beautiful.
Dean’s speech to Sam confirming Sam is, and always has been, the center of his universe? Their reunion in heaven and Dean knowing the moment of Sam’s arrival because his soul was whole again? Heaven being imperfect for Dean till Sam was there and driving around to wait for Sam when there were people he could’ve visited instead? (Which was the pre-covid plan too, as revealed by Jared, Dean would’ve been greeted by all their past friends and family inside Harvelle’s, but then driven off to wait for Sam.) The domestic montage that J2 and us have wanted forever, which Jared confirmed was supposed to be a period of years? Sam and Dean being playful over the pie? All of it was a priceless gift to bibro fans.
And it all colors backwards now too, all the way back to the pilot, where we now know Dean was nervous and anxious and afraid about approaching Sam, all the time afraid Sam would leave him again. And Sam happy to be back with Dean, but unable to admit it to himself or Dean. It makes their coming back together and growing back together, as a team and as brothers, so much more powerful. Such a beautiful gift.
Our show is the “epic love story of Sam and Dean” again.

The woman was Sam’s coparent (not wife) and was not Eileen. (¬‿¬)
