ballcobs angst i guess

SPOILERS FOR II 18!!

so i have this headcanon that ballpoint and cobs are married and you think that ballpoint would be heartbroken as hell after cobs turned into popcorn right, well he is.

hes devastated.

so he'd usually hug a pillow that smelled like him or something that would remind ballpoint of Cobs. the first three days he knew his husband died was the worst for him, they rotted in bed for those three days and wouldnt contact anybody

hes doing better now hes just really fucked up and broke down at the end of sonic 3 because it reminded him of him and cobs

Ballcobs speaks volumes to me. This war criminal man being hopelessly devoted to a critic that just wants to do his job. He's so down bad for Ballpoint Pen it makes him look stupid. And Ballpoint Pen is too. But he looks elegant while thinking on why he fell in love with a guy that stole his parents garage 10 years ago. Which makes him fall in love even more. And Cobs is just already miserable for BP.
