Wanda's gaze fell away from her brother's after a long moment. It was easy for him to say such things. They had a difficult time seeing each other's flaws. Which made sense given that it'd been just the two of them since they were ten.

"Yes they're humans and it would be one thing if they were simply afraid because they didn't understand these abilities. But they have more of a reason than that. They're afraid because of what I've caused," she said softly.

She was silent for a moment or so after he finished speaking. She bit her lip lightly. "And what if I lose control of my powers and hurt those I care about and who care about me? Like the Avengers? Or even worse, you?" What if she ended up killing one of them? Would her brother still think she wasn't what they say then?

Richard had a long night of crime fighting and once he was home he showered and fell asleep immediately afterwards. Only to wake up hours later hearing a noise in his kitchen. He bolted out of bed and snuck into the living room to see what it was.

Rosinas wings hung out as she held her side, coughing. She made it to Sams place since it was closer to where she was. She weakly knocked on the door as she tried to hold her wound. "Sam? Sam help me please!" She pleaded, crying as she felt the shards in her body.

Sam had just started a new chapter in his book as he heard the faint knock, his head whipping to the door. “Rosina?” He whispered, nearly running there as he opened it, seeing her. “Luv, what’s--” he started, seeing her wound and feeling his stomach drop. “Gods. Rosie, come inside, quickly.” He said, moving so she could use him as a crutch to get over to the couch.

The Bat flew off and Peter went to swing off, but he didn’t get that far as he stared at one of the many residents grumpy Bat had informed him of. He didn’t share the Bat’s opinion of her. He had faith. Though his guard was now up. “Can I help you?”

Rosina had gotten out of her crib, and giggled, crawling to Sam's room where she crawled up, crawling to him as she snuggled.

Sammael was out like a light- after being stuck in his human form, he thought babysitting for Rosina would give him a chance to relax. The big, shaggy dog was lying on his bed, rolled onto his back before he felt Rosina crawl up next to him. Sam woke up almost immediately, big red eyes looking down at her. a wet nose pressed onto her head his own version of a kiss, moving so he could wrap around her. “Hello, luv.” He said gently. “You here to cuddle with me?”
