Writing my own Brief.
For the final module of the year, I have been given the opportunity to write my own brief. This not excites and scares me. I have come up with an area of focus which has allowed me to write my brief.
To Summarise
Qantas Airways will be launching the worlds first direct passenger service between Perth and London. This will be a huge step in the aviation industry and changing the Kangaroo Route forever.
The aim of the project is to get people aware of the new flight to be launched, get them excited and most importantly to put them at ease with any worries they may have.
Outcomes (subject to change over the course of the project)
Create printed collateral including posters and billboards
Social media touch point elements
A series of one off items for the inaugural flight which should range from special edition boarding passes to various onboard touch-point that passengers can keep as a momento.
Storyboard and mock up of a 30-60 second commercial for use online and for public display.
I have sent a copy of the formal brief to my tutor where I aim to get feedback. I will then be starting to work on this brief, with research and experimentation before producing final outcomes.
