Rosepiken, the girl of the roses. There’s not many roses in this picture, but when the time is ready her basket is filled up with the heavenly scented flowers. This beautiful girl is in the town of Molde, and it’s been sculpted in the 70ies by a Norwegian woman, Ragnhild Butenschön. ~ Molde har been called "The Rose’s Town" in more than 200 years, and that’s because of the climate, moderately mild if we think that it’s just some hundred kilometers from the arctic circle, that makes it possible to grow flowers and other plants. ~ I must say that I was there in April, it was raining very much, and I had a feeling the sun never came up at all! ~ Molde is know most for the jazz festival, one of the most famous in the whole Europe, where for 60 years musicians from the whole world have come to perform their wonderful music. ~ #Molde #norway #rosepiken #rosenesby #visitmolde #visitnorway #wanderlust #adventureseeker #doyoutravel #goexplore #wonderfulplaces #openmyworld #roamtheplanet #travelblogger #bloggersofig #travellifestyle #travelpreneur #nomadiclife #seekmoments #dayslikethese #solocosebelle #smalljoys #natgeotravel @moldesentrum @visitnorway @moldekommune @moldejazz @visitnorthwestno @rosenesby (presso Molde, Norway) https://www.instagram.com/p/B_J-eDWnbw-/?igshid=1cqrqjxwzrpjj
