my take on dr robby and dr abbot’s homes / personal lives & the kind of visuals i see when thinking or writing about them.

robby’s home is centered around what he knows best— organized chaos. when you walk in you can smell earl grey, books, and the hint of cedar wood that seems to cling to him and mingle with his cologne. his collection of novels and vinyl is vast. it thankfully gives you something to do aside from watching trash TV when he leaves you unattended in his place for hours on end. he’s particular about where everything goes, he catches when even the smallest things are missing from his surroundings. especially his glasses and the several pairs of readers he has around the house. there’s also always coffee mugs and dishes in the sink… that’s the one thing he can’t stay on top of for some reason. his days off are full of laundry and cleaning, with your help.

jack abbot

jack’s home is simple but in the coziest way. outside of the city, a nice bit of land that’s perfect for a man with his past to relax and do whatever he pleases on. it’s worth the drive for him. the scent of his home and his own scent are almost interchangeable. a bit smoky from the fireplace, a lingering sweetness, and strong oak. it’s so pretty in the spring and summer— he’d even have a porch swing installed for you so you can lounge out there like a cat. his living room is perfect for late night cuddling (amongst other things), with his fluffy leather sofas and the soft, worn throw pillows. he has a terrible habit of fucking around in the garage and creating more work for himself on his days off.
