being so knee deep into hybridology that it's hard to decide if Dick would be a vogelkop (colours matches plus dancing ritual), a peacock (showing off), or a poodle (extremely clever dog often used in circus because of that), or an husky (all the high pitched howls to get attention).

Could we ever get an example of what kitty!reader would look like? Not necessarily super detailed, I'm just trying to imagine kitty. Are we humans with cat ears and tails or something different?

honestly even though i love making moodboards, i enjoy leaving the visuals entirely up to my audience with my work. whether they want to self insert or envision reader however they please is up to them. it’s also part of the reason why i keep the kitty!reader AU pretty vague when it comes to whether she’s an actual hybrid or if it’s all pet play for them— it’s up for you to decide based off of your preferences !!!

things i personally think of when writing kitty!reader -> big eyes, pouty lips, creamy & lactonic fragrances, frilly two piece outfits, knee socks, catty eyelashes, a thin leather collar with a bell, stuffies & blankets galore, stiletto nails, baby pinks & neutrals.

wait pope with kitty!reader who’s hyper and wants his attention all the time …. how would he handle that? i feel like at first he gets snippy with her bc he likes his space but he lowk starts to love it

hm … andrew’s approach to taking care of kitty!reader is more brotherly, compared to jack who takes on the role of her caretaker and owner fully. he gets frustrated easily. gets annoyed when she’s constantly clawing and biting, finds it infuriating that she just gets to sleep ‘n snooze while he’s out working all day. under all of that, he’s still going to wrap her up in arms with a sigh and make sure she’s comfortable every night (c’mere, brat— were you good today?) … and how can he be cruel to her when she looks up at him with those eyes and mews for his attention ??? that would be so mean of him and we all know he’s pure hearted at the end of the day, and she’s pretty quiet and behaved for the most part. doesn’t fuss unless he gives her a reason to. the soft spot is developing and there’s nothing he can do to stop it, even if he never wanted to end up with a kitty in the first place.
