Hey guys if you’re really into Hindu mysticism, you should really read Swami Yogananda’s works. Also, his mentor Sri Yukteswar. It’s so enlightening. You can also read the rig Veda and Visudhimagga if you want more ancient texts. It’s a lot about spirituality and meditation practices that help in self actualisation along with obtaining psychic abilities. Yogananda himself had many of these abilities (my mum SWEARS he did) and he knew a HELL lot of science. DO read his works, they’re brilliant and have scientific explanations.

(Side note: if you aren’t Buddhist/ Hindu/ Indian/ Thai/ Tibetan/ South or South East Asian etc, it’s alright to practice all this as long as you aren’t disrespecting it or appropriating it. Pundits and Swamis themselves said they want foreigners to embrace our culture but they should respect it and not stake claim on it, thank you)
