Does anyone know why Vitori health sucks so bad??????

This is genuinely the worst insurance I’ve ever had. It covers absolutely NOTHING. Not a single therapist will cover it, I don’t even think therapy exists to vitori. They pretend like they cover it with some meager article about how online telehealth is “important” BUT THEY DONT HAVE ANY TELEHEALTH COVERAGE. I’m at my wit’s end. I have to pay EVERYTHING out of pocket. And the company doesn’t care because that means they don’t have to spend on it. It’s genuinely evil.

Does anyone know an Indiana therapist that allows Vitori to cover it?
