As for meat, we have canine teeth. You do the math
RIGHT WE’RE FUCKIN OMNIVORES! In truth though some meat is unhealthy because of how it’s processed, but I mean. And too much meat can be bad for us too, but then again, so can too much water. Point is moderation is great, and animal flesh is tasty, and satisfying to rip apart with our teeth.

I don't think it will happen but, it would be cool as hell if during WAR, we finally got to see Mat'Selesnya emerge from Vitu-Ghazi.
