I feel like someday my future children will go down a grade because they’ll ask how many planets there are and I’ll answer nine without blinking
Vive la Pluto
Pluto is the 'and Peggy' of the universe
how passionately do you feel about the de/reclassification of pluto as a planet
“Minor-planet designation: 134340 Pluto is the second-most massive known dwarf planet.” John smiles. “It might be the largest object in the Kuiper belt, and possibly the largest known trans-Neptunian object, but it simply does not have enough mass to be classified as a full planet. Though… the interesting thing about pluto is that it’s atmosphere actually has a larger radius than the Earth itself. Though physically, it’s smaller than, well, even Earth’s moon.”
So we have a floor puzzle we sell at work that has our solar system on it, and I was looking at the box we sell and all the planets are labeled but there is none labeled as pluto, but there is a small blue planet just chillin near neptune. Turns out, we have the exact same puzzle on display on the floor by the register, but it was put there a long time ago, and I looked down at it and that small blue planet IS PLUTO AND IM JUST SO HAPPY
PLUTO IS BACK P¡UT0 IS BACK P1U+° IS BACK PLUTO IS A PLANET AGAIN. IF PLUTO CAN BE A PLANET I CAN GET LIFE.
