Thoughts on Time Walk.

We know that the secret jinki is Time Walk, and that Enjin uses it. But what does it do?

We can see that in these panels, Enjin is activated the jinki and his reflection is moving when he's not.

This still leaves a lot up to interpretation, is Enjin freezing time? Moving outside of time? Skipping time? Does Enjin even know what it does 😭?

I think it's safe to rule out reversing time, since he's moving forward in the reflection. It's related to the sixth sense, so maybe, something like instinct?

Taking a look at the other watchman users might help.

Rudo is obsessed with revenge, so 3R pulls out as much potential as it can from the items that Rudo chooses.

Gountess is obsessed with protecting his loved ones, so Connect allows him to protect them with his words.

Zodyl's obsession with taking down the sphere is reflected in Mishra's adaptability to whatever form is needed.

Amo's obsession with being loved and the fragrance manipulation, creating that sense of love for those who smell it.

So then, if Enjin is obsessed with making himself worthy of his name (a person who connects others) and his jinki has time powers. Freezing time, to give him more time to form those connections?

Fanfiction isn't enough I need my blorbo crying screaming and begging in canon. I need them on their knees, hope shattered. I need them dead.

I imagine AUs are like, the canon characters having to live a thousand lives forever and ever. Each idea bringing life to a new version of the character. Some are left a whisps of an idea, other being sculpted into flesh, bone and sinew; twisting, turning and bending as lines are erased and tweaked. They experience success and failure, pain and relief, tragedy and comedy, their lives just a little different each time. Stories left unfinished have the characters left on the cusp, a clue of something greater that failed to emerge.

Uhhhh random post my ocs and how I think they would drive I guess

Kavi: Would not like driving. She doesn't like driving in big cities because the rules are confusing to her. Does not have her driver's license but can drive (questionably well) if she has to. If she did do the test she would ace the knowledge test and pass the practical but would complain about if the signs are actually functional or not. Definitely makes other people drive but bullshits on the reason.

Mizu: Likes driving and is surprisingly a good driver, even though he doesn't have a lot of experience in driving he is cautious but confident enough that he doesn't come off as a rookie. Does tend to drive a bit faster than the speed limit but isn't prone to road rage. The best designated driver (if you can get him to agree). Likes driving games and simulators, would squeal and jump up and down if he got to try those driving sims F1 drivers use.

Jason: The most mid driver ever. The neutral of driving. Except not in an average way, as in his good is cancled out by the bad. Yes, he slows down in school zones, he always checks both sides and yields to pedestrians, but he also messes with the mechanics of his car and coasts on the downhill. Driving on the highway? No problem, maybe even a good driver, but his parallel parking is about as parallel as a circle. Prefers taking the train specifically.

Keo: The type of driver who loves long road trips and the winding paths of the mountain side and what not. Great at parking, loves her car and washes it weekly. But bad traffic will absolutely ruin her day, grips the wheel with a death grip when someone cuts in front and will honk at ANYONE. Has almost flipped someone off before only to realize it was an old frail woman, apologized but was still secretly pissed and then felt bad about being pissed.

Bonus: Cross doesn't know how to drive because no one taught him
