“Hm...” She tapped her chin in thought. She liked herself enough to not want to change anything, but then she had to remind herself that there was always room for improvement! So, that’s how she could answer. “I would like to become a better person and baker!” 

There was a saying that when someone hits rock bottom, there’s only one way to go and that was up, but did anyone ever stop going up? No one was perfect and while it may be hard to accept that, there was always a chance to improve and be the better version of oneself than yesterday. That’s the way Laney looked at it anyway. The glass is half full type. Aiming up to soar through the sky during the daytime and to shoot for the stars during the nighttime.

“Pretty good, actually! My mama and papa are on excellent terms with me! They are quite loving and kind! Maybe I should send them a postcard sometime!”That is, if he could remember to do it. Or well- muster the efforts of doing so. Dante actually appreciated his parents very much, and looked up to them. Especially his father, who was hardworking, stern, and-- well, everything Dante isn’t. Except kind. His whole family were prone to kindness. That’s what they do. Everywhere you go, and in everything you do, you gotta be kind. It really wasn’t that hard.

“What expectations? I think with me, people don’t have too many.” Or so, she thinks. “Other than I do my job, sweep the floors, and keep my trap shut during sermons.” Then Aurelia dwells more on the thought. Usually, she feels that she’s rather easy to figure out as everything is laid in front of them on a sliver platter- but; the nun did had a tendency to always have something up her sleeve.“But….I suppose if you get to know me more, expect the unexpected with me.”

ASK MEME // DEVIL: is there anything you’re addicted to?

“Addiction...” Hmm, interesting thought, not something she thought about often or with purpose. Was she really addicted to anything? Life always seemed to tell her that addiction always revolved around alcohol and illicit substances, but there was plenty of things to be addicted to, right? Cake... People... Shopping... Cake? 

“I’d probably say baking is my addiction! I mean I’m not exactly as good as I’d hope to be, but I’m obsessed with baking cakes! Every second moment I get I’m baking, that’s an addiction, right?”

Katie laughed awkwardly. “Oh, and I’d definitely say eating. Eating is probably my true addiction, even though I’d rather not admit it!”
