The first image is a picture Macaque and Wukong took to announce that they were expecting children, as one does if you are a king, they took it at their gay beach spot (I yoinked the background from another artwork), and it's a photo they have around with multiple copies of.

Chao-Xing took one when she ran away, and the second image is hers, after she got ahold of JTTW and learned everything.

I finished! Been working on this all week!

Pls like it, the smooth-ish tears at the end crashed ibis paint twice, so it's actually not completely I took what I could get before the file crashed again (dw it's recoverable and I split up animatic files once I'm done so it doesn't hog space) it was past 3am and I didn't care anymore.

Macaque's Performance

I've had this as a sketch in my sketchbook since basically the start of this au and I'm so happy with how it came out!

No questions about the dress, I made some shit up with no reference I just had a vision lol

This is from chapter 7 of Bitter Peach, it's what Macaque is wearing at the party. He's actually happy for once cause he loves doing shadow performances, he doesn't like being dressed up like a doll, but he gets to perform so he's not complaining!

Kiss Da Girl DTIYS

This isn't actually that scene, it's way before that point, Mei is still dragon, but it's too funny to pass up for a title

Another outfit by @nyahalloshop, this time their jellyfish dress, and I like it so much I'm gonna draw it again!

There were So. Many. Layers. All the mesh layers had to be their own layer for lineart and then the color layer, and there's like, 3 water layers and a darker layer over the top.

It was so fun tho and I gotta draw Mei's outfit again.

And this piece is also a DTIYS challenge/event because I also really like it and impressed myself.
