(Source is Zero Escape, VLR) Luna, you're always on my mind, day in and day out. Wherever you are now, I hope you're somewhere you get to experience everything you couldn't before. I hope you can see sunsets, sunrises, feel the wind or the rain. If you live somewhere with the climate for it, maybe you've gotten to see the leaves change for the fall, and play in the snow in the winter. I hope you've gotten to hold and pet animals, and to see bees and butterflies enjoying the flowers. I hope you've gotten to stand on the beach and look out at the ocean, and go in it too, if you want to. Maybe you've gone birdwatching, or have a birdfeeder where you can see them from inside your home. I hope you get to eat delicious food, and sleep in a comfortable bed. What do you dream of, these days? I dream I'm back on Rhizome-9 sometimes, dreams about what really happened, wishes that never came true, or fears that never came to pass.
I hope you've gotten to meet lots of people, too. I'm sure most of them can't appreciate how special you are, but even though it can be hard, I hope you've surrounded yourself with people who love you, who make you smile. I wonder about who you might be, now. Are you still interested in gardening, and in medicine? If not, that's okay, I'm sure whatever you're passionate about now brings you joy, and that's what matters.
