one of the funniest notifications I can get from my Volcanoes/Earthquakes app is

Popocatépetl volcano eruptions go on

and I just found this out at time of writing

for reference, Popocatépetl is one of those volcanoes that is like, always erupting

this is one of the major problems with this particular volcano, as residents in the danger zone are often complacent and tired of warnings that go nowhere

But getting a notification that's like "yeah it's still doing its thing" is really funny when you know how often it's erupting.
