anyway, i was using them as test subjects. ive been in a situation where im not really happy with sketching things so i just wanted to try rawdogging the lineart without scribbling. the lines are pretty messy, but i dont hate that

Volt had seen you pet Eddie's hair before, and how he would lower himself so you could pet him better, smiling with a slight flush.

You cannot pet him, or run your fingers through his hair. Would it be silly to say that upset him a bit?

So when he's realized, and he finally has proper hair, he tries giving you hints to pet him.

"Ah- it's weird having actual hair... It's a bit tangled. Help me brush it Livewire?"

You quickly notice what he's doing, and indulge him fully.

And he loves it.

He makes small pleasurable noises every time you run your fingers through his hair, when you gently massage his scalp, and he especially loves it when you become a bit rough and yank on it. The pain is very, very much accepted.

It becomes one of his favorite things of being a human, even Eddie catching up, and even if Volt prefers his hair long and untied, he lets Eddie do different hairstyles on him with a childish joy.
