@styleandcurve together with @itopmodels are fighting for #diversity and #inclusion in fashion. The article in my last post just proves again that we right. We picked for our first cause the #AngelPlus campaign through which we will continue to remind @victoriassecret that they should cast also #curvemodels and #plussizemodels. #Canadian model @jobybach loved this idea also and agreed to be part of this campaign. Many international brands offer XL or XXL clothes, but they don't promote it. Furthermore, their clients are not only white, they are also black, latin, arabic, asian and so on. Brands that represent only an ideal are not able to find sympathy in their consumers anymore. Women come in all shapes and sizes and they all need to feel connected to a brand. That is the key to lasting success now and in the future. To assume that a curvy or plus size woman is lazy is totally wrong. I even hate to see that curve models promote a fit lifestyle to dismiss the haters who call them "fat". We shouldn't even have to prove these people that we are active. Joby herself is training regularly and she is a hard-working woman. Women are not all made and build the same and I think we have to stop allowing negative minded people with their ideal image of models to tell us this. We are not living in the 90s anymore. This is the year 2017 and we deserve representation, because we are worth it! #womenofworth #curvyfit #VictoriasSecretFashionShow #VSFashionShow #VictoriasSecretModel #VictoriasSecretModels #VictoriasSecretAngel #VictoriasSecretAngels #VS2017 #inclusion #diversity #voluptuousdolls #womenempowerment #styleandcurve #fashion #loveyourbody #loveyourself #bodypositive #styleandcurvemag #confidenceatanysize #respectmycurves #boldcurvyandconfident #itopmodel (at Montreal, Quebec)
